NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
What makes 20 Cents different is the amount of each sale that actually goes to the organization YOU want to support.

20 percent of the cost of the merchandise (exclusive of shipping) of
each sale to the organization you want to support.
This is not easy to do, and is accomplished by holding administrative costs to an absolute minimum. One of the key factors in keeping costs down is 20 CENTS’s policy of ‘all sales final, no exchanges or returns.’ Handling of exchanges and returns is one of the biggest costs in on-line sales, and 20Cents.org cannot accept returns or exchanges– and give 20 percent of each sale. We ask your understanding, patience, and support on these policies!
However, we do understand that, when selling thousands of items, there will be an occasional defective item, and in those cases, we will exchange them for the same item, in the same size and color. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a defective product. Please note that it will need to be returned in new condition, with all original packaging. Do not send anything to our address. Defective exchanges are made directly with the manufacturer. We will email you the correct form to put in the box.
